Volunteer Opportunity: Exercise Class Instructor for Seniors

We are seeking a passionate and energetic volunteer to lead a 20-minute light to moderate chair-based exercise class for our senior group in the Blackfield area, New Forest. This role is perfect for someone who is fun, engaging, and dedicated to promoting health and wellness among seniors.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and fun-loving personality

  • Experience in leading exercise classes (preferred)

  • DBS check (mandatory)

In return, we will offer you a specialised course to enhance your personal training skills.

Fundraising Events & Opportunities

New Forest Outreach Support C.I.C is supported partially with the help of our donations and fundraising in order to keep successfully offering these services and to maintain costs. NFOS believes that everyone should be given the same opportunity regardless of their current situation  whether its financial difficulties, disabilities or Special Educational Needs. Fundraising is a great way for us as a C.I.C to raise money and for you to receive something in return for your generous donations.
