Cancellation Policy

SEN Room Booking Policy **Parental Supervision Requirement**: A parent or guardian must stay with their child for the entire session. This helps us maintain a safe and comfortable space and is part of our safeguarding policy. **Optional One-to-One Support**: If your child needs one-to-one assistance, we can arrange this with advance notice for an additional fee. Please contact us to set this up ahead of time. **Booking, Payment, and Refunds**: Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may not be refunded. **Safety and Use of Equipment**: For everyone’s safety, the sensory equipment and all room facilities should be used under parental supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children use the equipment safely and appropriately during their visit.
