Service Description

Little Explorers Sensory Group is a calm and inclusive sensory stay & play group for toddlers, preschool children and their parents/carers, created by New Forest Outreach Support C.I.C. Children can enjoy sensory play, soft play, bubble tube resources, tuff trays, movement activities, creative play and calm social interaction opportunities within a safe, gated sensory environment. While children explore, parents/carers can relax nearby with complimentary tea, coffee and squash, allowing them the opportunity to step back slightly while comfortably observing their children play and interact more independently. An available member of staff will be present throughout sessions to support interaction, facilitate play, offer gentle early years and SEND aware guidance, and provide signposting to additional support and resources where appropriate. Little Explorers aims to provide a welcoming, understanding and non-judgemental community space where families can connect, share experiences and access support naturally.
