Overall, the Holiday Discovery Club offers a well-rounded approach to childcare during school holidays, providing a balance between fun, learning, and safety. It's a valuable resource for parents and a stimulating environment for children to thrive in. 🦉 1. Childcare Services: The club offers childcare services during school holidays, catering to working parents/carers or those who need assistance during these times. 2. Experiences: The Holiday Discovery Club emphasises hands-on experiences. This might involve interactive experiments, creative projects, outdoor exploration, or field trips to museums, parks, or other educational venues. Animal therapy and much more. 3. Qualified Staff: The club is staffed by qualified and experienced professionals who are passionate about working with children. They create a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel encouraged to explore, have fun, and grow. 4. Additional Needs: Depending on individuals needs and the interests of the children, the club offers tailored programs to ensure that each child's needs and preferences are met. 5. Safety and Supervision: Safety is a top priority. The staff ensures that children are supervised at all times and that the environment is secure and safe for learning and play. Staff members are DBS checked. 6. Fun and Enjoyment: It's a place where children can make new friends, unleash their creativity, and have memorable experiences during their school breaks. 7. Nutritious Snack Times: The Holiday Discovery Club understands the importance of proper nutrition for growing children. During snack times, nutritious snacks are provided to ensure that children have the energy they need for their activities, fostering good eating habits and promoting overall well-being. When booking the All-day tickets we strongly advice you send your child with a packed lunch. 🍌 8. Onsite Administration of Medications: The safety and health of each child are paramount. In the event that a child requires medication during their time at the club, trained staff members are available to administer medications according to parents/carers' instructions.



Cancellation Policy

We advise that you arrange an initial assessment before booking if your child requires 1:1 support during our Clubs or Holiday Clubs, so we can ensure the appropriate support and staffing arrangements are in place. Please note that all invoices for club attendance must be paid in full prior to the scheduled club days. The cost per day for attendance starts from £35. If an invoice has not been paid before the club session, unfortunately your child will not be able to attend until payment has been received. This policy ensures we can safely plan staffing, resources, and support for all children attending. Exceptions to this payment policy will only be made where an agreed funding arrangement is in place through an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan). Failure to comply with the payment policy may result in the loss of the reserved space for that session. If invoices remain unpaid after the due date, a late payment administration fee of £10 may be added to the outstanding balance. If the invoice remains unpaid 7 days after the due date, an additional £10 late payment fee may be applied. Continued non-payment may also result in future bookings being declined until the outstanding balance has been cleared. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 7 days of the session may still be charged, as staffing, resources, and spaces will already have been allocated. Please note that cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as it is not possible for us to reallocate the space or adjust staffing at such short notice. Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full. If, due to circumstances outside of our control, we need to cancel a session, you will be entitled to a full refund, which will be processed within 10 working days.
