Service Description

Our Youth Club is a relaxed, supportive space for young people aged 12 and over to connect, unwind, and be themselves. Sessions are designed around the interests of the group, with creative activities, games, and calm spaces available throughout. Supportive staff are always on hand, but there’s no pressure young people can join in at their own pace. Attendance is open to ages 12+, or younger children by referral through our team where appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

We advise that you arrange an initial assessment before booking if you require 1:1 support during our Clubs or Holiday Clubs. Please note that all invoices for club attendance must be paid in full prior to the scheduled club days. Exceptions to this policy will only be made if an agreement is in place through an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan). The cost per day for attendance is £30. Failure to comply with this payment policy may result in the loss of the reserved spot. To cancel your session please get in touch 14 days before the event. If for any events out of our control we have to cancel the session you are within your rights to receive a full refund that will be sent to you within 10 working days.
