Inclusive Access Fund
New Forest Outreach Support C.I.C. is committed to ensuring that children and families can access support regardless of financial circumstances.
A minimum of £2 from every active membership payment is allocated to the NFOS Inclusive Access Fund (IAF).
The Inclusive Access Fund helps provide subsidised opportunities, activities, and support for families who may otherwise face financial barriers to accessing services.
Payments
Membership payments are collected on a monthly recurring basis through the NFOS website or authorised payment systems.
Membership will automatically renew each month unless cancelled by the member.
If a payment fails, membership benefits may be paused until payment details are updated and payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future payments, however membership payments already made are non-refundable.
Membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Availability of Services
Membership provides additional benefits such as early access and updates but does not guarantee a place in NFOS activities, clubs, or services where capacity is limited.
Places will continue to be allocated based on availability and operational capacity.
